I was on the lunchtime news today pointing out the lunacy of today’s Brexit announcement from Theresa May.

Yes, immigration policy must evolve as circumstances evolve, but to suggest EU nationals become second-class citizens – able to pay taxes but not benefit from some public services – is simply inhuman and against the very British values we fight for in our country.

And don’t forget this is a two-way street. It will mean that British nationals who go to Europe to work could well become second class citizens there.
