It’s been a frantically busy week with the fallout of the referendum and I’m sorry I’ve not been able to reply to all of the comments left on other posts in the last week. I will get to them very soon as I really try to engage with comments whenever I can.

Despite everything that’s going on I’m not letting up in my battle to get our rail franchise to get a grip. This morning I challenged the Rail Minister in the Commons once again, please let me know what you think of her response.

I met with rail bosses recently and challenged them directly, and personally, to come to Hove an meet face to face with the commuters that I represent. To the credit of the chief operating officer for Govia, the parent company to Souther Rail, she accepted. After some negotiation I also managed to secure the meeting for a weekend so commuters are able to be there. This is your chance to come and meet, explain, challenge, and listen to the person responsible for the day-to-day operation our our rail service. Details are below:

This Saturday 1:30 – 3:00pm
All Saints Church, The Drive, Hove

To register for the meeting please use this link:http://www.peterkyle.co.uk/rail_meeting

Please share this with any of your friends who commute or use the trains a lot and make sure everyone who would benefit from the meeting has the chance to come along. I’m really keen for as many people as possible to use this rare chance to hear from a senior manager directly. Thanks so much I’m looking forward to seeing as many of you as possible on Saturday. All the best, Peter
