The Body Shop has started the moving process, moving its head office from Littlehampton to Brighton.

The new headquarters will be located near the University of Brighton, boosting boost job opportunities in the area.

The ethical beauty retailer launched its first shop in Brighton, and has scaled to over 1900 stores since first taking off in 1976.

Hove and Portslade MP Peter Kyle started his career at the Body Shop, being personally mentored by its founder Dame Anita Roddick. He said “I can’t wait to witness this next stage in The Body Shop’s journey and the positive impact and jobs this innovative global retailer will bring to the local area and communities.”
