Labour has taken overall control of Brighton and Hove council, gaining 18 hard-working Labour Councillors, to command an overall majority of 38 on the 54 seat City Council. This is the first time our city has trusted one party with outright control for over 20 years. Residents have placed their trust in us to deliver for our city and their priorities will always come first.
