It’s 1 am and I’ve just popped to my office in parliament to do a quick update before we vote again on the Brexit Bill. Today we’ve been debating the impact on devolution, an irony considering the disproportionate role the DUP are having on events.

Today we’ve debated the bill for eight hours, until 1 am, tomorrow we’ll debate Brexit for two hours, and on Wednesday we’re back onto this Bill for another eight hours until the middle of the night. Just think – we could be debating crime, sorting out our NHS, the Rohingya crises in Burma or the problems with Southern Rail. But instead this parliament is clogged up and dominated by Brexit.

Anyway…that’s my late night rant over!
