I’ve posted before about The Urban Arts Academy. They meet in Hove and under the direction of Luis Young, youngsters learn to jump, leap, and express themselves freely. I find the whole thing exhilarating and inspiring. So different to what gymnastics was like in my day!

Every now and then they break out of the gym and onto the streets to show off their skills to our community. This weekend I popped by to admire their work and, like all the other stunned passers-by, wonder to myself ‘how do they do that!’. I hope you’re all having a great weekend, Peter
