Thank you to the Hangleton and West Blatchington Food Bank for showing me the ropes ‘back of house’ where I tried to help volunteers pack and prepare food packages.

Meeting the clients who use this service was extremely moving and makes me want to work even harder to be the best advocate for vulnerable people that I can possibly be. This is an incredible service that not only helps people eat well but also lays on expert advice on energy, money, and general social support. Truly inspirational, I hope I get invited back despite my poor picking and packing skills! All the best, Peter
