Only two days left to apply for job.
We’ve been campaigning with residents of South Portslade for over a year now to get a safe school crossing for St Peter’s School. You might have even seen us out on the street on in the news: http://bit.ly/VT7wOT
The parents at the school are an inspiration and if anyone thinks they can’t make a difference in their community they should talk to the mums at the school!
It’s been a hard slog but the council have finally agreed to employ a lollipop person!
I’m over-the-moon at this development and would love you to apply for the post if you can! There are no special qualifications required other than a commitment to carry out your duties reliably with care for the children and due regard to other road users.
Training and uniforms are provided, and the starting salary is £7.45 an hour, with typical working hours of 30 to 60 minutes in the morning and afternoon.
