Unceasing service to the very end.

Queen Elizabeth II defined an era through duty, grace and dignity.

She had a smile that could lift a nation and words to steel us in difficult times.

I’ve popped along to Portslade Town Hall and signed the book of condolence for the late Queen Elizabeth II.  There’s another book at Hove Town Hall and they’re available until 5pm each day. It’s a lovely way for us to memorialise our feelings towards the Queen and recognise her service to us, our community and country. 

I must say it was so lovely returning home to Hove after such a momentous week. There’s nowhere better than here to refresh, recharge and prepare for the challenges ahead. I hope you’re all able to do the same.
