World AIDS Day

I recently dropped in to the Terrence Higgins Trust in Brighton for an HIV test. I'm amazed how quick, easy, and painless it was and how friendly the staff were. It took me less than ten minutes to have a result from the time I arrived.

Even though I was negative, HIV rates are on the rise again and it really worries me that one-in-five people with HIV don't know it. So testing is so important.

Please share this or tell your friends how quick and easy it is, and when you have a few moments free pop in and get tested yourself because early diagnosis is key to enjoying a long and healthy life just like the rest of us. Below is a link to our local THT.
