I've become more and more frustrated that the space to discuss the big issues we face has become smaller and smaller and that people looking on gain less and less as important issues are reduced to the size of a Tweet or 20 second sound bite.
So rather than whinge about it I've put my money where my mouth is and set up a political journal called The Argument. It's a great place for those of us on the left to read detailed arguments and ideas rather than skimming the surface of them.
I'm the editor and already we have a great bunch of people who have come together to help. We're on our third edition now and it's all about Europe. Because the referendum is tomorrow I thought I'd share the link with you. If you're still undecided, maybe the three amazing essays in this edition will help you understand the reason the EU exists and why it is how it is and what sort of Europe we on the left should be fighting for. Please let me know what you think. All the best, Peter
