Portslade Sofa Mystery

As well as receiving a dog bite while out talking to residents at the weekend (see below) Peter also saw a remarkable bit of fly-tipping - a sofa on the roof of a bus shelter on Valley Road, Portslade!

Because the Green Party have been unable to get to grips with organising it's removal in the centre of town is the problem spreading outwards to areas like Hangleton and Portslade?
