My Political Ofsted Inspection

My Political Ofsted Inspection!

Last week I had the political candidate's equivalent of an Ofsted inspection...a visit from the Labour General Secretary!

Iain McNicol came to visit my new community campaign office at 99 Church Road and take part in a street stall and European election envelope stuffing session with activists.
We had the chance for a good chat too where I was quizzed on attitudes and community activity here in Hove and Portslade. As Iain is such a keen community activist he was really pleased with the support I'm able to offer local campaigns such as the level crossing for St Peter's School and sorting out rubbish problems created by bad Green Party administration.

So all in all I think I survived this test...now I just need to pass the ultimate examination for which you, local residents, are the judges in a year's time!
All the best, Peter
