The Green Party has finally woken up to the fact that there is a problem with recycling collections! In an unusual moment of clarity, Cllr Ollie Sykes, deputy chair of the Environment, Transport and Sustainability Committee, said: “There is no doubt that recycling rates in the city have faltered over the years."

A Brighton & Hove Labour administration will focus on getting the basics right - such as refuse collections and recycling.
