National Curriculum History of World Wars has been excluded

Peter, Nicki Morgan was sacked and replaced by the new Education Minister. She has managed to change National Curriculum and there is absolutely no requirement to teach about the two world wars or, indeed, about any event or personality in British history. Examples of what "could be" taught do include the wars but it is specified that teaching these is "non statutory". In contrast, some topics are on a compulsory list including Islamic history and West African (Benin) history. Can you contact new Education Minister and demand to change what Tory Nicki Morgan has changed and by doing this support all people who like to go to Shoreham Airport air show, look at vintage World War planes and remember this great contribution and fight against Nazi Germany in joint coalition with Russia and US. Otherwise, memory about World Wars will be lost and Brighton&Hove pensioners won't be proud and happy about it either.
